Server Health Monitoring®

With INetU's Server Health Monitoring® we check that every aspect of your servers is available and running. It includes more in-depth system checks than conventional monitoring systems, including checks for:

• CPU usage
• memory usage
• disk space capacity
• backup success
• services
• ports
• processes

Our 24x7x365 on-site systems administrators are notified the instant there is an alert to make sure that small problems are addressed before they turn into big ones!

You can opt-in to performance alerts for email, phone, or pager. These alerts are completely customizable so that the right people are kept informed on all the right details. Historical data and trending information on system resources are available so that you have all of the tools to plan for your growth.

Application Availability Monitoring

Even if everything is running smoothly with your server hardware, your site may not be accessible to the public. Application Availability Monitoring allows you to set up a test page that returns a keyword. This keyword should be drawn from your database using your application. Having Application Availability Monitoring setup provides notice that the site is not responding, even in situations where everything else looks okay.

Server Notes™

You may have special instructions on how our support team takes care of your custom applications. Server Notes™ is INetU's exclusive system that allows you to set specific, step-by-step instructions for how to handle your applications. If there is an issue on one of your servers running a custom or third party application, INetU's support team will follow your custom instructions instead of our standard operating procedures.
