Disaster struck. Now what?

Too many organizations have been unprepared when the unexpected happens. Disaster can mean a complete loss of:

Disasters affect your revenue, not just because of what needs to be spent to get back online, but also how much you are losing during the downtime. INetU can help you be prepared with offsite backup rotations and a Business Continuity Hot Site.

Backups and Offsite Rotation

Every configuration should have a backup plan in place. Backups are copies of your data, stored either on a hard disk or a removable tape. Having backups available can help you restore from relatively common disasters such as hard drive failure, file corruption, and accidental deletion.

Removing backup tapes from the datacenter and into a secure offsite facility helps to protect your data against less likely larger-scale disasters such as flood and fire. Your customized solution depends on your recovery time objective (RTO) and recovery point objective (RPO), which will be reviewed by your dedicated INetU Solutions Consultant.

Business Continuity Hot Site

Recovering files from a backup means that your site, or portions of it, will be offline for some period of time. Also, in the case of a larger-scale disaster, the health of your hardware or the facility's power and network connectivity could be undermined. To help you prepare for the worst, INetU offers a Business Continuity Hot Site. A replica of your system infrastructure is placed in an offsite facility and data is replicated to your mirror servers. A failover mechanism is put into place and can be tested off-hours to ensure continuity if it's ever needed.

You'll even get a Hot Site Action Plan, detailing the steps you should take immediately following disaster.
