Hot Neuron LLC (www.magPortal.com) is a software and Web site services company. Their most visible product is MagPortal.com, a search engine and directory for finding online magazine articles. MagPortal.com provides news feeds with full-text article search to other websites covering a broad spectrum of topics including business, health, technology, boating, science and more. The feeds help Hot Neuron's customers attract more users to their sites and keep them there for a longer period of time. Clients range from startup companies that are launching new websites to Fortune 1000 companies trying to add differentiating features to their Web sites.

Hot Neuron's Web site (www.magPortal.com) is the core of their business. When their potential customers search the Internet for magazine articles they find them through the Web site. Since their server is providing feeds to many other Web sites, reliability is key.
