Banoggle.com is a successful online retailer specializing in a niche of consumer electronic products; in particular, radar detectors, two way radios, voice recorders, CB radios and police / racing scanners. The company's website is their business, it is critical that they have a service oriented hosting provider that delivers the uptime they require.

Previous to hosting with INetU, the company tried several hosting options, all of which were unsuccessful. After years of frustrations with poor support and constant downtime, Banoggle.com moved to INetU. "Our uptime isn't something that I even think about anymore, because it is just there. I no longer have to spend hours on the phone with support or weekends checking if the site is up. Because I almost never have a real problem with our server, I usually only speak to the support group when I have a technical question or need advice. Every experience that I have had with a support technician has left me impressed. I have a software development background, and usually if I have a server or operating system related question it is not going to be something basic. Your support group is always able to give me the right answer right away. Since you guys are so fast about answering emails, I usually just email my question instead of even calling."
