The American Water Council has used the Internet to add value to existing service by bringing it from a local service to one that is available nationally, while in the process reducing costs, demystifying water quality, as well as simplifying and expediting water testing.

The American Water Council's Eugene Giannotta says that working with INetU was "very critical" to the success of the AquaMD project. "INetU got us up and running quickly," Giannotta explains. "INetU's staff also did an excellent job of suggesting options, bringing the project in within budget, and working with us to make adjustments as key regulatory and technical details became available."

INetU's service extended beyond simply getting AquaMD up and running. "We truly work on Internet time, which means that when viable ideas are generated we need to test them in the marketplace quickly and in a cost effective manner," says Giannotta.

"They've given us the ability to test more programs more quickly. They have been a significant contributor in helping us achieve our current level of market prowess."
