Enterprise Sales Consultant
Position Summary
The Enterprise Solution Consultant is responsible for defining and implementing solutions based sales strategies that acquire new business opportunities and manages account growth within INetU's key and target accounts. The successful candidate will be well versed in value based selling concepts and utilize consultative as well as strategic selling methods to close business opportunities. The Enterprise Solution Consultant must have strong organizational and time management skills, demonstrable decision making and problem solving capabilities along with solid negotiation skills.
In addition, this position requires the successful candidate to have the ability to determine client business objectives and develop a successful account strategy to achieve those objectives with INetU offerings and to function effectively as part of an account management team.
The first year quota will range from $1.2-1.5 million, segmented between new business and upsell within existing clients.
Principle Responsibilities
- The Enterprise Solution Consultant is responsible for acquiring new business opportunities by identifying and presenting a cohesive solution to multiple business objectives.
- Determine and set the appropriate sales strategy to position and close the sales opportunity in a competitive managed hosting market.
- Develop and build relationships with prospective customer executives and technical staff.
- Develop technical responses and strategy for RFP's as a member of the account team.
- Understand the impact of customer Web site performance provided by different architecture designs.
- Coordinate-cross departmental conference calls with customers.
- Manage multiple priorities and multi-task effectively.
- Track prospect and sales activities in SugarCRM.

IS Manager
Position Description
We need a candidate willing and capable to work across the entire company leading a team that builds, buys, or rents systems to support the business functions such as accounting, human resources, sales, and marketing. Your team will also be responsible for improving our web based Client Center. Responsibilities, Skills, and Qualifications
This job position will work M-F 9 – 5.
- Build and lead a team of developers making the business run more smoothly. Candidates with management experience in software development will be preferred but management experience not required. If you're hungry to have the buck stop with you for delivering solutions and not just generating lines of code, this could be a great opportunity.
- Make the IS team a "go-to" place for the entire company–INetU should be ecstatic with you and your IS team, because you make everyone's job so easy.
- Webmaster for the INetU web site (no design responsibilities). This will require fundamental understanding of how the web works–from cookies and sessions to analytics to 404s to optimizing web pages.
- Gathering business requirements across internal groups and building systems to meet those requirements. This should be a two-way dialogue where you are able to translate and communicate system features into benefits for the business groups.
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience

Systems Administrator I – 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift
Position Description
INetU is always looking for talented people to assist our clients and help in the growth and management of our network. Candidates will provide telephone and email technical support to our clients, oversee systems monitoring, and perform scheduled tasks and maintenance. Opportunities exist to work independently on projects. We are not a call center. Our clients run sophisticated environments, therefore a high level of technical ability and potential is necessary to succeed here. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision is required.
NOTE: Must be able and willing to work weekends and holidays. This job is a member of the team that provides 24 X 7 X 365 on-site support and administration coverage. Openings may exist for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
Job Requirements
