Management Team

 Vision. Leadership. Guidance.

Great companies are always anchored by the founder's vision, they are driven to success by stable leadership and they are guided into the future with careful control. Since our inception in 1996, Dev Chanchani has mastered and applied those three tenets of success to INetU. Ajay Chanchani brings decades of expert financial wisdom to the growing company, and together Dev and Ajay frame the landscape for the company's business focus.

Dev Chanchani INetU, Inc. was founded on a set of core principles that have guided the business’ success and strong growth for nearly 16 years. One guiding principle that INetU president and founder Dev Chanchani believes is, “we should always treat our clients’ businesses as if they were our own”; to insure that, everyone at INetU must be empowered to delight every client.

Dev’s business and economics background, combined with years of business experience, successfully promotes INetU’s industry respected products and high customer satisfaction levels. In 1995 Dev and two fellow students began leveraging the Internet by creating products and services that enabled customers to achieve their business goals in desirable and cost efficient ways. High-profile establishments like the United States Air Force and IBM's Global Services for e-commerce came to count on Dev for his design and implementation skills; INetU was conceived during this vibrant early era and is today regarded as an industry leader in enterprise class managed hosting, Cloud and consulting services.

Dev has been recognized for his success as a business leader through the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year program where he was a semi-finalist. He holds a bachelor's degree in business and economics from Lehigh University and most recently at Harvard Business School in the OPM Program.

David Van Allen, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
David Van Allen David Van Allen has been involved with INetU since our inception over 15 years ago, but not initially as our VP of Sales and Marketing. In 1994, Dave started FASTNET, one of the world's first Internet Service Providers. As CEO, he took that company from startup through its IPO in 2000. It was back in 1996 that Dave met our founder, Dev Chanchani, as he and his team were starting INetU.

"Dev and I shared many of the same values and business philosophies, especially when it came to how we respected and cared for our clients", said Dave. "When we reacquainted a few years ago, it was clear that under Dev's leadership, INetU had become a respected and growing brand in managed Cloud hosting... I wanted to be a part of his team". Dave was a consultant to INetU for a year before joining the company in 2012.

With over 35 years of leadership experience, Dave's career has spanned many disciplines. Starting as a self-educated electrical engineer, Dave worked in the broadcast industry where he designed audio and RF equipment for radio and TV stations (he was also a Top 40 disc jockey, but he says he doesn't remember that). Dave went on to writing and selling accounting software and building high-availability UNIX systems, which led to his decade-long career in the emerging Internet industry. Dave most recently spent 10 years in healthcare, which included holding executive board seats on state steering and legislative committees, coordinating and teaching simulation medicine at Lehigh Valley Hospital, and running the City of Allentown Emergency Medical Services.

Dave is responsible for the brand development, revenue generation, and client attraction and retention efforts for INetU.
